AOL Buys socialThing!; one invite for you!

Just as social networking sites start popping up left and right, people found themselves with a problem — keeping all of these services updated. Shortly after, came the age of lifestreams and status updating sites where you can update your information and stay up to date all in one place.
AOL’s first attempt to enter the lifestream world was buddyupdates, which lets you share and view your online activities on sites like Twitter, Flickr and Digg with your buddies. It has now been confirmed by techcrunch, that AOL, on their efforts to expand it’s lifestreaming capabilities, has purchased SocialThing!
I was lucky enough to get in on the Socialthing! action a couple months back and now so can you! I have an invite to give out, just drop me a line in the comments!
